1. The app

© 2026 Smart Trading Pro. The app's design, software code, logo and original content are the property of the app owner and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may use the app for your personal analysis; you may not copy, resell or redistribute the app itself.

2. Built-in indicators and strategies

The built-in indicators and strategies in this app (for example EMA, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, VWAP, Ichimoku, Donchian, Order Block, FVG, BOS and similar) are our own original implementations of widely known, long-established technical-analysis concepts, written from their standard published mathematical definitions. These concepts and formulas are part of the public body of trading knowledge; the descriptive names are used only to identify the method. No third party's proprietary script or code has been copied.

3. Third-party technology and data

Charts are rendered with the TradingView Lightweight Charts™ library, licensed under the Apache License 2.0. TradingView attribution is displayed on the charts, as the library requires.
Market data is provided by Bitstamp (BTC/USD) and OANDA (XAU/USD). "Bitstamp", "OANDA", "TradingView", "Bitcoin" and related names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their use here is descriptive only and does not imply endorsement or partnership.

4. Your uploaded content

You keep full ownership of any indicator or strategy script you upload. Uploading grants us only the limited permission needed to store the script and, after activation, run it for you and for the users you choose to invite.
Your script code is never shown to other users — see our Privacy Policy, section 3.
You must only upload content you own or are allowed to use. Uploads found to infringe another person's rights may be removed.

5. Reporting infringement

If you believe content in this app infringes your copyright, contact the app owner through the "Developer contact" option on the app's Google Play store listing, with the details of the work and where it appears. We review and respond to valid reports.
