Privacy Policy

Smart Trading Pro is a chart-viewing app for BTC/USD and XAU/USD (gold). This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: when you sign up we collect your name, username, email address and phone number. Your password is stored only as a salted cryptographic hash (PBKDF2) — we never store or see your plain password.
• Your uploads: if you upload an indicator or strategy script, the script text is stored on our servers under your account, together with its title, visibility setting (private / invite-only / published) and the list of users you invite.
• On your device: the app stores your login session token and your chart/indicator preferences in your device's local storage so you stay logged in and your settings are remembered.
• We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or any financial account or payment information. The app has no trading or payment feature.

2. How we use information

• To create and secure your account and let you log in (including sending a one-time code to your email when email verification is enabled).
• To operate the features you use: your uploaded scripts, your sharing/invite lists, and your premium status.
• To respond to your support or account-deletion requests.

3. Your uploaded scripts — a special promise

The code of any script you upload is private to you. It is stored on our servers and is returned only to your own account. Other users — including users you invite — can see only the script's title and can use its output on their charts when it becomes active. Your code is never displayed to, or shared with, any other user. The app owner/administrator also has no feature to view users' script code.

4. Sharing with service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We use a small number of providers only to run the service:

• Cloudflare — hosting and server infrastructure.
• Resend — only to deliver email one-time codes; it receives your email address for that purpose.
• Bitstamp and OANDA — market data providers. When charts load, they receive standard technical request data (such as an IP address), never your account details.

The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

5. Data retention and account deletion

Your account data is kept while your account exists. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at the email below. Deletion removes your account, your uploaded scripts and your invite lists from our servers.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2, login sessions expire after 30 days, and repeated failed login attempts are rate-limited. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
