1. What this app is

Smart Trading Pro is a chart-viewing and technical-analysis app for two markets: BTC/USD and XAU/USD (gold). It provides charts, standard technical indicators and rule-based strategy signals for education and analysis. The app is not a broker or exchange. It offers no trading, no buy/sell execution, no deposits and no wallet.

2. Financial disclaimer — please read carefully

• Trading and investing involve a substantial risk of loss. Past performance and past signals never guarantee future results.
• Strategy "Buy" / "Sell" markers are the automatic output of fixed technical rules. They are not predictions and not personalised advice. Always do your own research and, if needed, consult a licensed financial adviser.
• Market data is provided "as is" by third-party sources (BTC/USD by Bitstamp; XAU/USD by OANDA). Data may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors, and gold data is delivered through a practice (demo) environment feed, which can differ from a live trading feed. Always verify prices with your own broker before making any decision.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this app or reliance on its content.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your signup information and for keeping your password secret.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious or harmful. We may suspend or remove accounts or uploads that violate these terms or applicable law.
• Features marked invite-only (including the owner's strategy) are available only to users granted access by the owner, and access may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Uploads, premium and invite packs

• A free account includes one script upload. A Premium subscription (US $5/month) removes the upload limit, and invite capacity beyond the included 20 people per script is available in packs of 10 people (US $1/month per pack).
• Paid features are being introduced gradually; while online payments are not yet enabled, premium activation is handled manually by the owner. Prices and limits may change, with changes posted on this page.
• Uploaded scripts become usable on charts only after activation (conversion) on our servers. Until a script is marked active, it is stored for you but does not produce signals.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Continued use of the app after changes to these terms means you accept the updated terms.
